| Eudaimonia used to be a beautiful world, before the epidemic hit. Now it is a wasteland and its population reduced to nothingness. The remainder of the government has tasked a number of scientists with the repopulation of the world. In a sealed-off scientific facility, the scientists bring in test subjects from other worlds, strip them of their powers if they have any and place them in a closed environment to determine how they function with test subjects from other worlds and under certain conditions. You are one such test subject. The science on Eudaimonia is so far advanced that tests can include anything from social experiments such as forced honesty to more fundamental changes such as introducing viruses into the air or water supply which will change the physiology of test subjects, making them reminiscent of werewolves, vampires or other creatures that might have a higher chance of survival once released into the natural environment of Eudaimonia. We're sorry to say that there is no ethical board controlling these experiments. |
